Warehouse Supervisor

Loading as per the written instructions of sales force and market demand

•Be responsible of all the transactions, supervision and performance of the shift

•Co-ordinate with written instructions activities surrounding loading of all sales orders and stock transfer to satellite warehouses with warehouse storekeepers in accordance with instructions of sales force and market demand.

Tracking full goods movement and implement the damaged good tracking

•Track daily operating conditions i.e. damaged goods/trade returns, daily production, external warehouse loads, segregation and re-packing organization in coordination with production supervisors. Work on reducing finished good damages

Controlling the full goods distribution depending on the stock availability

•Manage the fair distribution in all areas

•Avoid out of stock situation

•Advise diminishing stock levels

•Control strictly the warehouse shrinkage and the warehouse breakage

Monitoring and controlling warehouse activities

•Monitor all movements of internal warehouse staff and external organizational visitors

•Facilitate & participate end of the month stock-count by ensuring all shelf keeping units (SKU) are tagged in the warehouse. Final reconciliation to be conducted with finance department’s requirements and generate a month -end stock reconciliation.

•Ensure maximum utilization of available storage facility in Dubai and Satellite Warehouses.

•Ensure consistently that all warehouse activities are conducted under the fullest adherence to the quality management systems & procedure of the organization.

•Ensure correct gate passes issued vs. loaded volume for all outgoing vehicles by random checks. Ensure that sales returns are handled as per the set procedure.

•Arrange and assure that repacking is done from time to time in co-ordination with production to ensure timely disposal of plant waste on regular basis. Ensure strict implementation of pallet tracking system and ensure availability of pallets for production.

Management Information Report

Generate reports (daily physical stock report, daily flash report, repacking report, scrap products, pallets report etc.) Monitor and track the movement of promotions on daily basis and generated consolidated report.

Managing, Training and Developing the Team Members

Conduct product availability and logistics related training to all staff and to the new fresh joiners to develop and monitor them
