Waiter / Waiteress –

– Greet and serve the customers in courteous and friendly manner.

– Checks customers what menus are desired and writes the order on a guest check.

– Describes or suggests drinks, food, or other specialties upon request.

– Collects payment from customers and settles account with cashier or accountant.

– Observes when customer leaves and cleans tables and maintains clean work area

– Ensure cleanliness of the work area at all times.

– Follow health and safety procedures according to the Company standards,

– Handle customer complaints in efficient and fair manner.
