Perform and continuous fulfill the task of the operator by answering the telephone and data entry.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Answer efficiently the incoming calls with a smile and relaxed tone
2. Follow the company procedures in answering methods and dealing with callers and clients
3. Take detailed and specific information from clients in regards with client’s name and telephone number, time and date of trip, address and destination,
4. Receive and forward calls to appropriate department
5. Proper handover from the previous shift
6. Check the board or computer for any due trips previously recorded
7. Check if all pre-bookings were assigned, during his shift
8. Update the board or the computer
9. Take the date and time to check the availability of the cars and drivers
10. Before ending the conversation, repeat the taken order for more confirmation
11. Enter all the data to the computer
12. Write the trip on the board and report to the dispatcher to check for the available and nearest drivers to the location
13. Keep a record of all trips and to whom it was assigned
14. At the end of the shift, handover properly to the colleague in the next shift
