About Your Job:
Role of the Floor Team Leader is to assist the Duty Manager (DM) to manage the shift operations of F&B outlets, with a particular focus on sales, Customer Service, Merchandising of stocks, Staff allocation, Cash spot-checks, Stock Checking, Shift Closing, etc.
You will look after the day to day supervision of all cleaning activities within the NDIA, Food & Beverage Facilities and provide a clean, safe and hygienic environment at all times. You will allocate cleaning tasks and responsibilities to porters to enable all cleaning to be carried out in a safe, timely and efficient manner thus ensuring a 100% compliance to HACCP practices, ISO 9000/01 and identifying areas of non compliance.
The successful candidate will be an excellent communicator, a strong leader whilst possessing exceptional presentation skills
Ideally you will have a minimum of 5 years of job related experience with a proven track record in the ability to manage staff on a day-to-day basis within a similar culture in an international airport, hotel or shopping complex with a multimillion turnover business. You will be high school qualified and strong analytical skills and understanding on stock control, Hygiene and Health and Safety
