Systems Analyst – Aramco Gulf Operations

Applies approved section policies, processes, and procedures and monitors adherence so that work is carried out in a controlled manner.

Applies the day-to-day operations assigned for Business Planning Section to ensure compliance with the established standards and procedures

SAP System.

Closely coordinates with the SAP Consultants in the review and design of process flows in order to improve SAP system services to end users by continuously simplifying the procedures.

Reviews and recommends to the Superintendent requests for Module access of employee in order to control and monitor access to SAP database and avoid any unauthorized access.

Reviews SAP system customization requests from end users to ensure that changes are practical and justified in order to evaluate its applicability and make the necessary recommendations.

Reviews, prepares and finalizes Department Business Manual and Procedures in order to ensure that all aspects of business transactions in Materials Department are covered by the manual to streamline the process flow.

Reviews and evaluates submitted tenders through e-tendering process and forward to related units for further review in order to address and process all e-tenders in acceptable time frame.

Monitors performance of each division as against its approved KPIs and highlight issues to the Superintendent in order to make the necessary adjustments in meeting the objectives.

Coordinates with the Audit Team and provides the necessary documentations to ensure that System Audits are properly conducted and issues are identified and closed.

Prepares section reports in a timely and accurate manner to meet Company and section requirements, policies and standards.

Complies with all relevant safety, health and environmental procedures to ensure a healthy and safe work environment.

Performs other related duties or assignments as directed.
