Sr. Officer- Organizational Development – BUPA Arabia

•Develops and leads the Organizational Development function. Leads the thinking, develops the strategy and executes a program that enables the organization and its employees to excel in achieving the organization’s business strategies.

•Partners with the management team and employees to identify organizational and employee development needs and works collaboratively to develop strategies and tactics designed to meet targeted needs; facilitates and/or delivers tailored programs responsive to this work.

•Facilitates an array of professional development programs, including components of the management, leadership and customer service curriculum.

•Leads the leadership talent development and leadership performance management processes. Aligns leadership development, performance management and other initiatives with identified short, mid- and long-term business strategies.

•Provides one-on-one coaching to Senior Staff, Division Chiefs, managers and emerging leaders to support management effectiveness and leadership development.

•Administers leadership evaluations; designs and presents leadership training; develops and manages ongoing systems to reinforce continuous development.

•Identifies and addresses issues that effect the overall health of the organization, including morale, effectiveness, turnover, absenteeism, and productivity.

•Serves as an internal performance management consultant. Provides analytical and professional advice in business process management, including the development and refinement of policies and procedures, rules and regulations to support the organization’s overall strategic direction.

•Conducts assessments; reports results; partners with directors and managers in joint action planning; provides training, coaching, and/or facilitation; evaluates progress; and develops processes to reinforce positive results and develop sustainability of improvements.

•Serves as an “agent of change” in support of new efforts and models teamwork and relationship building in all interactions. Counsels the organization on strategies for leading and managing change; develops implementation strategies for communication, resistance management, coaching, training, accountability and rewards to reinforce adoption of said changes.

•Supports senior leadership team and client departments in solving performance
