Our company; Truck Technologies and Trading Est. (TTT), is a fast-growing company specialized in the marketing, sales, installation, commissioning, and servicing of commercial vehicles’ bodies and equipment. We are the exclusive dealer in Saudi Arabia of many prestigious International producers of truck-mounted equipment such as knuckle-boom cranes, hook & skip loaders, aerial platforms, and transportable forklifts, to name a few.
We are currently seeking to recruit service engineers / managers for our offices in Jeddah, Riyadh, and Dammam.
The successful candidate is expected to cover the following duties:
• Attend to clients’ complaints, warranty claims, and after-sales service requests in a timely and professional manner.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot faulty delivered equipment, technically explain the causes of the malfunctions to clients and colleagues, determine liabilities, advise on the best solutions, identify necessary spare parts (if applicable), and communicate costs of remedy actions.
• Carry out commissioning and handover of newly installed equipment including training of clients’ operators on the correct operation and preventive maintenance of the equipment.
• Closely collaborate with Sales Engineers to ensure that the best level of service is provided to company’s clients.
• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients through quality of service achieved by conducting regular and proactive on-site visits to provide technical support and training to clients’ staff.
• Create technical product documentation, recommended spare parts’ lists, and customized service contracts for products when requested.
• Coordinate with Materials Department to ensure availability of spare parts.
• Manage and maintain the mobile service trucks and related service equipment and tooling.
• Communicate product service bulletins and technical issues to applicable clients, and see through that the relevant remedy actions are taken.
• Develop open and constructive working relationships with all colleagues.
