Senior Registration Assistant – Abu Dhabi University

To assist in the efficient and effective communication and implementation of approved policies and procedures for enrolling new applicants and maintaining and upgrading of academic information of students. Monitor the work of registration assistants

Interaction with students for the following:

•Responding students / parents issues and concerns

•Provide information on matters pertaining to entry requirements and procedures, curriculum and general university information

•Assist in administering admission and registration services

•Maintain administrative records, file auditing, students status tracking, degree audits and graduation clearance

•Communicate and coordinate with international student UAE residency procedures

•Support the implementation of university policies and procedures regarding student admission, registration, records, instructional space scheduling

•Oversees the administration of academic and attendance warnings, grade appeals and dismissals

•Assist in managing student information system


•Bachelor’s degree or higher diploma in a related field from an accredited institution.

•Minimum 3 years experience in student registration within a Registrar’s Office,

•Arabic and English is a must
