Triage is currently for a Senior Recruitment Consultant for our busy Dubai office.
You will be responsible for the developing new business and account managing our clients in MENA & APAC region by managing the entire sales/demand generation process with our established Blue Chip clients, using your own client network across the region, and building out a new pipeline.
This is a great opportunity for someone who is currently working as a Recruitment Sales Consultant based in the UAE, or Asia, who is aspiring to move into a hands on management role.
Role and Responsibilities:
Develop sales revenue by placing talent into multiple client accounts.
Developing a good understanding of clients & building strong relationships with key decision makers.
Maximise your sales, business development and network to develop new business from existing and new clients.
Network with candidates directly via various channels (database, social media, headhunting, referrals, jobsites etc).
Negotiating salary and finalising arrangements between client and candidate.
