Having won a major recruitment project in Abu Dhabi, we are seeking 2 senior level recruiters to head a larger team of Consultants. This is an incredibly exciting project with one of the Middle East’s leading construction conglomerates. We require one Recruiter from a Shared Services background and one from a Construction background.
Leading the team of Consultants and Researchers, you will be based in Abu Dhabi and seconded to our client on a full time basis. You will be responsible for meeting with line managers and taking in job profiles, working in tandem with their HR team and ensuring delivery to tight time frames on critical roles. You will be wholly responsible for delegating roles to more junior consultants and motivating them to deliver.
With over 240 open positions and more in the pipeline across Middle East and further afield, this is a fantastic opportunity for a seasoned in house or agency recruiter to work with one of the leading companies in the Middle East.
