Job Overview:
The Engineering Manager is responsible for the following key activities:-
Extensive experience in Process Systems Design and Pressure Vessels.
*Provide proposal support for equipment selection and pricing and subcontract scope specification.
*Support project execution planning for proposal and projects with regards to engineering scope.
*Provide engineering resource to support project deliverables.
*Provide resource planning to support global activities and priorities.
*Collaborate with other Regional Engineering Managers to utilize in house resources before consideration to subcontract.
*Adopt and maintain common and consistent tools, procedures and methodologies as established by Engineering Leadership.
*Recruit and train employees.
*Provide field trouble shooting assistance.
*Support value engineering initiatives.
