Job Description:
An SAP GTS contributes to the development, delivery and maintenance of technology-based business solutions. He/she is skilled in designing, coding, testing, and implementing configuration changes to software applications to meet both functional and technical requirements. He/she may have some oversight responsibility for the technology solution and may assist in the development of the team.
Key responsibilities may include:
· Gather, document and analyze business requirements.
· Conduct internal testing and user acceptance testing for the delivered solutions.
· Documentation of as-is and to-be business processes.
· Develop business case.
· Develop implementation plan.
· Develop business blueprint based on business requirements.
· Develop architecture and solution design.
· Prepare system demos and prototypes.
· Configuration and implementation of the solution design.
· Conduct training for end users and IT support members.
