Sales Manager – Manpower Middle East

The client is part of a large group specialising in the plastics, packaging and paper industries.The role is for an experienced Sales Manager to execute the companies sales strategy in an effective and efficient manner along with attracting potential clients.1. Ensure executing the company`s sales strategy in term of attracting the potential clients within MEA 2. Ensure achieving the targeted sales levels, maintaining the margin level set by the management.3. Maintain the highest level of quality service towards the clients.4. Develop and control the allocated sales target, and where necessary, take necessary action on variances arising to ensure the realization of the set sales target.5. Secure the company`s interests throughout the business agreements as well as by following the collection of outstanding receivables according to the company`s debt policy.6. Submit sales reports as required by the Management.7. Conduct market studies and analyses to Identify and highlight business opportunities.8. Constructively handle of all customer complains related to the Sales Department as well as the sold products.
