Sales Manager- Food Service

Job Title:

A leading UAE based FMCG company is looking for a self-motivated individual that is able to lead the food service department from planning to implementation. The company offers a wide basket of goods and is also looking to diversify its basket to meet the growing market demands.

Job Purpose:

Build and grow the food service department through well formulated plan and support from company’s MD

Duties and Responsibilities:

1) Preparation of long term and short term business plan for the food service unit.

2) Ability to lead and grow the team of food service with defined targets and KPI’s

3) Grow the basket of goods by liaising with the purchase department.

4) Ensure top of the line customer service is provided.

5) Ensuring prompt deliveries to customers by liaising with logistics department

6) Ensuring company objectives are met through synergy with other departments sales managers

7) Adopt a sales strategy that will grow the company’s market share

8) In-charge of the department P&L.

9) Formulates all sales policies, practices and procedures
