About the Job:

1. JOB DETAILS:

Reports to: National Sales Manager

Direct Reports: Nil

Department: Sales – Al Futtaim Interiors

Location: Dubai

Grade: F

2. JOB PURPOSE:
* To achieve and exceed agreed budgeted sales and margin, while managing the development of new and   existing customer base within the appointed territory.
* Responsible for developing the Office Solutions business by target industry & location.
* To ensure that A.F Interiors business gets close monitoring, provide competitive rates & ensure smooth completion of projects.

 Description
* Achieve sales penetration across appointed territories.
* Ensure positive cash flow
* Key account development across appointed territory / industry segment
* Ensure the dept. competitive edge in product & pricing
* Develop the Al Futtaim Office brand

Performance Indicators
* Achieve targets in sales and GM.
* Extend market share across the territory.
* Achieve & maintain department receivables target as per agreed targets.
* Achieve or exceed payment terms within agreed guidelines.
* Develop & maintain Key Accounts within the assigned territory in conjunction with Divisional targets.
* Budget achievement.
* Gather, share and analyse market information on competitor activities.
* Professional representation at all times for Al Futtaim Interiors brand positioning.
* Identify opportunities to promote the brand including, but not limited to conferencing, industry networking and other knowledge based contact opportunities.

3. JOB DIMENSIONS:

Financial Dimensions:
