The job holder will work independently in Dammam Office to coordinate between Sales Department employees and other departments regarding day-to-day sales transactions, collection, and assist in routine administrative duties.
1.Collect and process daily sales figures, sales and collection reports in order to generate a daily report of all sales activities.
2.Coordinate between sales department members and other departments in order to know about the status of finished goods delivery status or production dates.
3.Process administrative duties as well as preparing reports regarding sales to ensure smooth sales operations.
4.Liaise with Finance Department regarding collections and Letter of Credits to ensure accurate sales reporting.
