Our client, one of the leading conglomerates with interest in 6 business sectors: Information Technology; Shipping; Retail; Real Estate; Financial Services; Consumer Products; Travel and Tourism and Construction Companies across the Middle East and GCC is looking to hire several professional in their retail electronics & telecommunications division.
1. Store Manager – 3 – 5 years’ experience in inventory & logistics and know-how in the latest electronics products available in international and local markets.
2. Store In charge – 3 years’ experience in the same industry. Must have knowledge in inventory & logistics and know-how in the latest electronics products available in international and local markets.
3. Assistant Store Manager – 3 years’ of experience in managing a small to medium sized team. Must have knowledge in inventory & logistics and know-how in the latest electronics products available in international and local markets.
4. – 3 years’ of experience in managing a small to medium sized team. Must have knowledge in inventory & logistics and know-how in the latest electronics products available in international and local markets.
5. Group Sales Head – 2 years’ of experience in handling a department in retail sale of Telecom, Photography, IT, Gaming, Home Appliances or Electronics (Audio/ Video) products. Should possess excellent communication, customer handling skills and pleasing personality, planning duty rosters, resolving escalated issues etc.
6. Head Cashier – 3 – 4 years’ of experience in cashiering, handling POS system with excellent MS Excel skills and report generation. Experience in managing a team and handling escalated customer complaints.
7. Cashier – 1 – 2 years’ of experience in handling the cash till and accounting for the day end collections. Candidate should have a pleasing personality, good communications skills with high integrity & customer service temperament.
8. Team Leader – Customer Care – 3 years of experience in handling CRM/ MS Office applications, MIS reports and duty rosters. Experience in managing a team and handling escalated customer complaints.
9. Customer Care Executive – 1 – 2 years of experience in handling CRM/ MS office applications, MIS reports. Ability to communicate with associates and customers and accurately complete all documentation.
10. Inventory Executive – 2 – 3 years’ experience in handling automated inventory systems. Candidates must have good working knowledge of MS Excel, good communications skills and ability to work in a team.
11. Sales Executive – graduates with minimum 1 – 3 years of experience in retail sale of IT, Photo, Electronics, Home Appliances, Gaming & Personal Care products. Should possess excellent communication, customer handling skills and pleasing personality.
