Rental Sales Executives (Abu Dhabi and Dubai)

Maximize all lease and car rental opportunities to bring profitable business for the Company. Win new customers from building own prospect database and understanding the Abu Dhabi and Dubai market. Develop customer relationships to enhance profit level and customer satisfaction.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develops new business relationships, generate and negotiate new income for rent a car company to an agreed annual target of 2.8M invoiced revenue and to increase yearly by 10%;

• Presents the Rent -a-Car company to potential clients through direct communication in face to face meetings, telephone calls and emails;

• Responsible for own lead generation and appointment setting;

• Manage actively and successfully the sales process: lead generation; credentials pitch; asking questions; solution pitch; negotiation; close; handover to the account management team;

• Responsibility for new business, and are expected to self-manage and manage others;

• Manages and maintains pipeline; ensures all sales administration is currently using Armada system;

• Accountable for all client proposals, contracts and any further documentation, following the Company’s procedures and processes;

• Responds to tenders and requests for information in a timely manner;

• Manages Client’s receivables and ensure payments are made on time and follow up with late payments liaising with accounts;

• Participate in tradeshows, chamber of commerce functions and other local events to strength the relationships of our brands in the marketplace;

• Meet regularly with Operations team to communicate successes and challenges;

• Performs other related duties at may be required by immediate superior
