Reporting into the Head of Recruitment you will be responsible for recruitment across our Fashion Retail business managing the end to end process of mid management positions.
Day to day you will liaise with senior members of staff and understand their current and ongoing requirements for manpower and devise a plan and strategy to ensure these gaps are filled. You will be responsible for their entire process from advertising through to offer. You will liaise with international recruitment agencies and devise new and innovative ways to source candidates.
You will primarily recruit for our head office in Saudi Arabia although you will from time to time recruit for other countries in the region.
