The purpose of this role is to plan and organize the Recruitment function for your region which includes manpower forecasting through to shortlisting suitable candidates in order to ensure all budgeted vacancies are filled with appropriate store caliber candidates to meet the company requirements.
Key duties include:
MANPOWER & RECRUITMENT PLAN – Develop the Manpower Forecast and Recruitment Plan annually, based from the input provided by respective functional heads and the Saudization Department, for inclusion in the Company’s Manpower Budget.
RECRUITMENT & SELECTION – Ensure the Recruitment Plan and Manpower requisitions are met timely through sourcing and selection of qualified applicants in order to fulfill Company’s Manpower needs and expectation.
RECRUITMENT DATABASE – Organize the development and implementation of the Recruitment Database and ensure the records are shared among the regions and Head Office to maintain a substantial pool of qualified applicants for sourcing and selection.
RECRUITMENT DOCUMENTATION – Ensure all accepted candidates files are received verified and submitted to the respective departments for processing of their employee file in line with Company Policy and Procedures.
COMPANY WORKING VISA – Organize the processing and monitoring of the Company’s working visas and its utilization by respective employment agencies around the world to regulate the judicious use of the Visas.
MIS AND REPORTS – Provide Management with regular reports on Recruitment and selection as per their requirements.
