Our Client is a large investment firm in emerging markets; the firm operates across 50 markets in the Middle East, Africa, Eastern Europe, Emerging Asia and Latin America. They are currently seeking a Receptionist who will be responsible for all Reception duties and to ensure this area runs smoothly at all times. The hours of work on this role will be Sunday-Thursday 11 am – 8 pm.
Some of the responsibilities will include;
•Answer, transfer and forward all incoming phone calls. Take accurate telephone messages, ensuring they reach the recipient in a timely manner.
•Meet and greet all visitors ensuring that all guests/visitors sign the reception guest book, offer refreshments and ensure visitors are accompanied throughout the office space.
•Ensure daily newspapers and latest edition magazine publications are on display and for public use in the office, reception waiting lounge areas and kitchen. Store the old ones for one week before disposal.
•Keep reception and other client waiting areas tidy
•Book rooms; arrange refreshments and any additional AV equipment. Tidy up after meetings and ensure rooms are prepared for future meetings.
•Create purchase orders, summary updates and invoice reconciliations.
•Responsible for filing, copying, binding and scanning.
