* Develop and establish organizational policies and procedures to drive a qualifty culture across the company
*Primary focus to be on the design and documentation phase of work
– development of concept designs through to delivery of tender drawings & documentation
-Implementing procedures for drawing checking & coordination
-Document control systems & procedures
-Project reviews for Safety in Design, Risk Management, Value Engineering
* Provide leadership for the company’s Quality Assurance/Quality Control Process throughout all stages of the design process, concept design to construction documentation
* Establish, implement and monitor quality management systems and procedures that are consistent with the aims of ISO 9001:2000, with the target of achieving company certification
* QA/QC Manager will have overall responsibility for ensuring that project teams are adhering to the approved QA/QC procedures through:
– Chairing of regular QA/QC meetings and regular reporting
– Carrying out audits on the projects
