(TTT), is a fast-growing company specialized in the marketing, sales, installation, commissioning, and servicing of commercial vehicles’ bodies and equipment. We are the exclusive dealer in Saudi Arabia of many prestigious International producers of truck-mounted equipment such as knuckle-boom cranes, hook & skip loaders, aerial platforms, and transportable forklifts, to name a few.
We are currently seeking to recruit a Proposals Engineer / Sales Coordinator for our headquarters in Jeddah.
The successful candidate is expected to cover the following duties:
• Obtain inquiries’ information from Sales Engineers, and accordingly prepare accurate, professional, and timely sales offers and proposals, in both English & Arabic languages.
• Send out sales offers and proposals to clients.
• Manage and maintain all customers’ data including contact information, inquiries, offers, orders, and claims.
• Coordinate with production and material departments concerning delivery schedules and orders’ information.
• Coordinate with accounts department and sales engineers concerning payments related to orders.
• Regularly report to General Manager on sales’ activities.
