Project Cost Controller – Azadea

·         Contribute to preparing tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities with the relevant parties·         Attend pre-tender meetings and provide pre-tender and post-tender budget evaluation ·         Analyze bids, build up unit rates and finalize tenders·         Evaluate variation orders, extra works and obtain quotations from suppliers and contractors·         Establish a CAPEX database for each brand by location and country·         Assist in investigating project sites for estimating purposes and submit validation reports  ·         Prepare cost analysis of all contributing factors (i.e. contractors, shipping, logistics, IT etc.) in Fit Out Construction and estimate finishing and fit out projects ·         Undertake proper cost control and assist in budget development:
