A top Aerospace Manufacturing Company located in Al Ain, Abu Dhabi, is looking for highly qualified individuals to fill the position of Progress Expeditor.
1) Expediting parts through production.
2) Tracking and prioritizing parts for FAI completion.
3) Scheduling shipment to Customer based on demand.
4) Inform shipping of Box requirements and to arrange physical shipment.
5) Chase outstanding paperwork.
6) Generating daily and weekly reports on parts status.
7) Liaising with various functions (QE, QI, Production,LE, ME) to ensure drumbeat production.
8) Liaising with logistics on shipment priorities among others.
9) Prioritize Repair work with Production team.
10) Prioritize part through NDT, QE gates while balancing serial production needs.
11) Lead the Daily Drumbeat meeting with Liaison Engineering and Quality.
12) Represent the Transfer IPT with Operations Drumbeat.
13) Identify part need Lab work and bringing test piece to Lab for testing.
14) Chase of Results to en able Q3 fulfillment.
15) Interfacing with Customer on high priorities concession.
16) Provide input to weekly KPIs.
