Main Duties:
-Constantly produce reports that monitor correct execution of the plans and produces proper feedback for correction purposes.
-Responsible for the maintenance of the machinery.
-Review all fabrication and installation order and distribute them to team leader for execution.
-Supervise all production technician and work in the factory and on the site.
-Calculate monthly productivity, compensation distribution which is related to employee.
-Operate the (ERP) system, and follow all required steps to ensure controlled movement of material and effective utilization of resources.
