To represent the Company and enhance relationships in dealings with clients, consultants and Third party inspection agencies.
To prepare together with Quality control Department the Work shop Fabrication execution plan for management review and approval and to achieve project objectives on budget and timely basis.
To review all contract documents and administer all issues related to the awarded project in conjunction with the Sr. Work Shop Manager in accordance with Company’s policies and procedures.
To review the project schedule with the Planning Engineer and to initiate corrective action to meet project completion schedule.
To Co- Ordinate with store for the day to day activity to enhance the production requirement in relation with the project schedule.
To manage resources and expenses to achieve contract completion within budget and time frame.
To provide assistance for timely invoicing to the Clients in accordance with contract conditions.
To implement a feed back and control system to monitor the project performance identifying problem areas and ensure corrective action is made on a timely basis.
To identify and ensure skills and training needs of assigned manpower are aligned to Production requirements and support recruitment activities to source technically competent personnel for the fabrication activities.
To lead the Work Shop fabrication team to ensure customer satisfaction & expectations are met.
To liaise with the HSE and/or Quality Department for the preparation and publishing of project safety and or quality manuals to ensure Company’s Health, Safety & Environment standards are met
