Product Manager – Manpower Middle East

Our client, a Manufacturer of Pharmaceutical products is currently recruiting for a Product Manager. You will be reporting directly to the Marketing Manager or Marketing Planning Manager. You will be responsible for management's assigned marketing functions of related products in all globalpharma marketsMain Job Activities1. Preparing annual Products Marketing plan for all major existing products and launch plan for new products (covering actual and IMS market analysis, market segmentation, product positioning. Qualitative and Quantitative objectives prescription trend, strategy, tactics, promotional plan, sales forecast, promotional expenses etc.2. Taking care of products life cycle at various stages to ensure continuous increase in market share in the respective markets3. Launching new products in all target markets soon after registration and taking care of all required activities4. Development of competitive products strategies to achieve the pre-set Products Goals and Objectives5. Creation of advertising and promotional campaigns and preparation of support promo material like detailing brochures, GiftsGiveaways etc.6. Preparing cycle plan as per agreed schedule for all major markets and conducting cycle meetings7. Organising marketing support activities like Products symposium, Focus group meeting, Clinical trials and experience programs8. Visiting customers along with sales team to ensure implementation of marketing strategies in the required manner, to evaluate effectivity of promo material and to provide helping hand to sales team9. Follow up of promo material shipment with Customer services and ensuring timely supply to sales force in all markets10. Facilitate smooth shelf availability of the products in the markets, especially for the new products11. Maintaining relations and contacts at top brass level of opinion leading Doctors and purchasing authorities12. Development and continuous upgrading of Products training manuals and conducting sales force training, especially of the product and marketing part13. Keeping track record of product sales performance in all major markets, keeping management updated and suggest corrective actions14. Monitoring Products and competitors performance using IMS date and conducting market researchsurveys and to update management as well as Sales force on regular basis15. Any additional task and responsibility assigned by Marketing Manager or General Manager
