Job Responsibilities:
– Follows all relevant departmental policies, processes, standard operating procedures and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.- Follows the day-to-day operations related to own job to ensure continuity of work.- Proposes and develops new products in order to enhance competiveness of Corporate Banking product portfolio.- Enhances Corporate Banking product portfolio by reviewing current product characteristics vis-à-vis the competitor’s offerings and prevailing clients’ needs.- Reviews the process and delays on the provision of service in order to make recommendations on how to improve service to clients and customers.- Manages the implementation of new and revised products in coordination with the concerned units in order to ensure smooth and effective launch in the market.- Collaborates with Legal and Shariah in order to effectively amend and simplify contracts of existing products.- Analyzes sales figures and customer feedback in order to effectively monitor the performance of products and adjust product features as necessary.- Trains and supports concerned units on new products and changes in product features in order to ensure adequate understanding and awareness and ability to recommend the same to the customers.- Contributes to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of processes and practices taking into account ‘international best practice’, improvement of business processes, cost reduction and productivity improvement.- Assists in the preparation of timely and accurate reports of Riyad Bank to meet company and department requirements, policies and standards.- Complies with all relevant safety, quality and environmental management policies, procedures and controls to ensure a healthy and safe work environment.
