Job Description
To be Accountable for handling Premium members with the objective of effectively managing their accounts.
Responsible for a wide range of proffisional account management activities ranging from travel & lifestyle requests, to Account evaluation activities at point of contact by analyzing information and recommending solutions to resolve the Card member’s issues, ensuring that card members and business expectations are met within the concept of “First Contact Resolution”
Meeting VIP clients based on the needs and requirements.
Travelling outside the kingdom for trainings and seminars
Job Specific Accountabilities
Handles all incoming inquiries thru several premium service channels and touch points, such as account management, travel and lifestyle to ensure the fulfillment and generation of sales.
Cross sell unique premium offers, to ensure the success of every program
Manages relationship with every high net worth card member, and acts as a consultant to ensure customer financial, travel, and lifestyle needs are met.
Communicates with his assigned portfolio of accounts to offer Amex premium seasonal programs, and ensure increase of billing volume based on his annual target.
Acts as a follow up between card members, and lifestyle and travel supplier to ensure efficiency in processing.
Oversees overall account management operations, ranging from credit risk, finance, collection, to ensure the well-being of his card members Accounts
