Personal Assistant / Executive Assistant – StratCon FZ-LLC

Imagine being the right hand to the Top Management of a fast growing global company operating in Dubai, Berlin and New york. You will be handling all personal, financial and confidential issues and performing administrative and executive tasks. You will be distinct with a very important position above and beyond the secretarial activities, by primarily supporting the Managing Director in a demanding environment. Your sensitive position require the utmost finesse, etiquette and diplomacy in handling personal and confidential assignments. This role has a great potential for growth in managing groups, projects and operations down the road.

Some of the tasks include:

– Supporting Top Management with diverse and operational task, including public relations and business development.

– Managing the daily administrative tasks including scheduling appointments, keeping track of calendars, scheduling meetings, correspondence, telephone conferences etc.

– Help promote and drive business opportunities.

– Performing any tasks or duties as required, at the request of the Management.

Skills

-Clients and goal oriented

-You are mobile and enjoy traveling.

-Ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines; good time management skill .

-You have good public relation skills

-You know how to use the Microsoft office suite and internet savvy.

-Excellent English is a must, other languages including Arabic is a plus

-Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
