• Ensure business targets are aligned with the overall strategy of the company.
• Improve Operational Profit Margins through superior sales efforts.
• Develop framework to proactively monitor performance of each café.
• Direct business development plans for the café.
• Monitor sales trends for the company’s product and work actively with CEO to improve the market share, market penetration and visibility.
• Direct preparation of Operations/cafés Annual Budget and review the budget with CEO.
• Develop Training Calendar.
• Review financial and operational performance of all Cafes and report to CEO.
• Oversee operations audit activities and direct improvement efforts especially for lower Cafes.
