• Provide a broad range of executive administrative assistance services, perform Corporate Secretary functions and handle all administrative tasks for the CEO (appointments/correspondence etc.)
• Responsible for transcribing/drafting various documents (letters, memos, correspondences).
• Assist executive management with administrative tasks and maintain corporate management records.
• Coordinate Board of Directors meetings and Annual Shareholders’’ General Assembly Meetings, record and distribute minutes of meetings.
• Maintain and create an effective filing system.
• Coordinate travel arrangements and schedule appointments for the CEO.
• Conduct research as necessary to complete special projects and reports.
• Coordinate reception of high level guests and visiting delegations.
• Maintain Policy and Procedures Manual for departments.
• Perform other task as requested by the CEO.
