About Your Job:
The role is primarily responsible for maintaining product availability at any given point of time and merchandising products from stores to sales area each day. Determine product orders from time to time; develop business growth and customer relationships. Help to achieve growth targets through effective selling and merchandising and provide world-class customer service.
The job responsibilities of a merchandiser also include Ensuring high standards of merchandising, presentation standards and delivery of marketing briefs, Managing the efficient location, storage and distribution of all Merchandising materials. You will Develop and maintain professional vendor relationships and ensure service levels and KPI’s are implemented. Monitors purchasing activities and controls, Track and report stock expiry dates and maintain the pricing/shelf-edge labelling system and Maintain safe work environments within the corporate guidelines.
About You:
We are looking for enthusiastic and energetic Merchandisers who demonstrate initiatives and a passion for the role. The right person for this role will be ” O ” level educated from a recognised university and have a certification in computer application. You will have minimum 3 or more years experience in a retail outlet preferably in a multicultural environment and have a proven ability to work under pressure to defined tight timescales and budget.
