Mechanical Planner – Manpower Middle East

Apply maintenance methodology, defining operational steps, manpower, spares and other resources necessary to achieve efficient and safe maintenance in line with technical standards.Define in job plans detailed methodology to carry out all the jobs according to priorities including safety instructions. Plan major equipment annual overhauls. Manage the equipment codification. Anticipate the preparation of job plans when spare parts delivery time is long. Define the required resources, skills, co-ordination and supervision.Define the required resources, skills, co-ordination and supervision. Estimate time for work orders to optimize resources allocation for scheduling process. Estimate costs for work orders incl. internal manpower, supplies, subcontracted works and specific tools. Estimate correctly the entire necessary spare parts to execute the jobs. Inform when all the necessary materials (all consumables, tools and spares) are available to execute the planned operations. Manage quality control when receiving specific spare parts.INFORMATION MANAGEMENT Maintain and update technical information and data in the CMMS. Manage general and specific technical documentation available and up-to-date Formalize and update detailed job-plans for major (technicallyfinancially) maintenance operations.
