 Develop and Introduce Marketing Strategies to improve current business and identify new marketing opportunities and ensure the effective development and promotion of the company and its products.

 Establish Marketing department goals and targets in hand with the concerned Section Head.

 Marketing performance monitoring and enhancement.

 Plans, manages and directs the activities to ensure smooth functioning and error-free work flow.

 Performs managerial functions and exercises financial authority at the level established by management.

 Responsible to establish new marketing strategies to improve current business, identify new market opportunities and to ensure the effective Promotion and Marketing of UCS and its products.

 Effectively implement marketing performance monitoring process in order to ensure continues growth in marketing performance.

 To manage the Media & Loyalty Program Section and Promotion Section.

 Responsible to establish customer satisfaction programs, promotional packages with coupons and incentives as well as materials for media distribution.

 To oversee marketing and public relations strategy to promote the products, services and image of the company in the wider community.

 Develops short term and long term marketing plan in conjunction with the concerned section, which details activities to follow during the fiscal year, which will focus on meeting organizational objectives.

 To oversee the marketing plan and advertisement of membership and Loyalty Cards and to ensure Loyalty Card customer base.

 Evaluate customer research, market conditions and trends, and competitor data (price and promotional activities) and implement marketing plan changes as needed.

 Specifying market requirements for current and future products by conducting market research supported by on-going visits to customers and non-customers.

 Developing and implementing a company-wide go-to-market plan by liaison, develop relationship and working with all departments of UCS.

 Facilitate client development through marketing and client services programs.

 Advise the company, as part of the management team, on the development of new initiatives and the promotion and marketing of products to ensure the achievement of the company’s business plan and corporate objectives.

 Develop strategies, methods and procedures for Marketing Department to achieve organizational objectives.

 Implement policies and procedures for all marketing operations.

 To oversee marketing and public relations strategy to promote the products, services and image of the company in the wider community.

 Prepares operational budget of the department.

 Develop plans for the marketing, advertising and promotion of company products to raise the company’s market profile and increase sales.
