Conducting Credit Auditing
•Conduct market visits and perform physical checking of transactions (invoices/receipts) and all discrepancies which need to be reported to Credit Manager.
Ensuring Prevention of Frauds/Embezzlements
•Strictly follow up with controls and checks to minimize the incidence of any fraud or embezzlement in the market place
Supporting the Credit Manager in Implementation ofCredit Policy
•Follow up very strictly the credit terms for the customers/CR’s to ensure the complete implementation of the credit policy
•Involve completely in resolving any disputes / issues with the customers and the customer representatives(CR’s)
•Support the customer representatives (CR’s) in resolving issues regarding non payment, delay in payments from the customers etc.
•Collect the sticky payments
•Get involved with all legal and police related matters concerning customers and CR’s.
