•Manage an array of undergraduate financial aid strategies, activities and program as well as policies and procedures that will best support ADU Goals and Objectives and to promote full participation of financially aided students in the education and social community.

•Matters related to financial aid such as scholarship, sponsorship and its processes.

•Interaction with faculty to ensure students’ continuation in scholarships, discounts and financial aid program

•Coordinate with all departments in matters related to scholarship and student aid.

•Interaction with students’ sponsors• Active participation in the planning, goal setting and evaluation of financial aid process.

•Plan the calendar for application of scholarship in conjunction with Registrar

•Plan the schedules for applications and planning event structure

•Develop and modify programs and services in accordance with the institutional goals and objectives and the student needs.

•Interpret, apply and comply with discount, scholarships and financial aid policy and procedures.

•Evaluate and analyze documented financial need

•Participates proactively in financial aid fund raising efforts and related activities.

•Provide campus wide leadership in developing collaborative programs and administering funds.

•Work proactively with the colleges and student recruitment departments to support the best students for financial aid programs.

•Handles policy, promotion, budgeting and operations along with Registrar

•Manage the activities of financial aid committee

•Supervision of day-to-day operations of assistants

•Distribution of tasks and Monitor subordinate’s performance

•Audit data entry reports

•Prepare and analyze reports as requested by sponsors

•Financial Aid & Scholarships Report for new& continuing students

(Frequency: Twice a year, Recipient: Registrar)

(Frequency: Twice a year, Recipient: Registrar)

Required:

•Bachelor degree in Finance or Business

•3 years related experience Financial Aid function with at least 1 – 2 years at a managerial level.

•English & Arabic
