Manager – Customer Service for Dubai – Freight Systems Co. Ltd. (L.L.C)

To manage a number of Customer Service Team(s), in order to safeguard on a day-to-day basis the provision of a consistently high quality commercial distribution channel between the customer and the Organization by distributing international freight forwarding products and services of FSL in order to work for the success of our customer

To ensure the provision of general and support services on a local level, in line with the functional requirements of the FSL organization at competitive cost levels

• meeting quality standards as agreed

• realization of agreed KPI’s, / KRA’s

• realization of agreed commercial sales targets

• employee development training, coaching

• perceived customer and employee satisfaction

• quality of management information

• quality of data and data entry

• quality of complaints reports

• quality of the general services

Directly supervises team in the Customer Service Department. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
