A leading Restaurant Company based in Kuwait and with operations all over Middle East is looking to recruit a Maintenance Manager. In this role you will be responsible for the installation and commissioning of Kitchen / Bakery equipments for new restaurant openings & maintenance of all the equipments. Works in collaboration with the Engineering Department, responsible for the entire upkeep and maintenance of the restaurants.
• Conducting regular inspections and ensuring the upkeep and maintenance of all areas of the restaurants.
• Fully in charge of all Kitchen/Bakery Equipments, civil maintenance, plumbing, electrical etc.
• Ensuring the proper working of all equipments and systems in the facility.
• Leading a team of subordinates and delegating work areas to them.
• Keeping a record of all the day-to-day maintenance and service activities undertaken in a facility.
• Evaluating the performance of the subordinates.
• Placing orders for spare parts and equipments for replacement and ascertaining the proper documentation of the same.
• Synchronizing work processes with other divisions of the establishment.
• Recruiting maintenance personnel.
• The Maintenance Manager is in charge of implementing the kitchen equipment’s overall preventive maintenance programs
• Make sure that new equipments are ordered as per the specifications
• Ensure that equipments are installed, tested and commissioned within the time frame
• Regularly monitor the kitchen operations and efficiency of all machineries and equipments
