Mail Processor – Gulf International Bank


 To properly handle the Bank’s monthly internal telephone system.

 To be responsible for circulation of all telephone extensions to the concerned staff and properly handling all business and personal calls made in accordance with the outlined procedures and policies.

 To be responsible for filing all telephone extensions bills and reports produced by the telephone system on monthly basis for record purposes and future need.

 To handle the entire Bank’s incoming and outgoing mail whether ordinary, registered or courier in accordance with the procedures incorporated in GIBMAN.

 To be responsible for maintaining adequate stamps stock in the Bank’s Franking Machine in conjunction with the involved vendor.

 To maintain and update all the necessary records pertaining to the Mail Section.

 To properly handle the Bank’s postage facility and the Bank’s incoming and outgoing hand mail in accordance with the Bank’s procedures.

 To handle all routine follow ups with the Bank’s courier company in case of problems in coordination with his Line Manager.

 To properly handle all the routine clerical works in his area of responsibility.

 To handle any other task assigned by his immediate Line Manager.
