Lab Shift Supervisor – Yasref

– Manage Shift work acitivities

– ensure the implementation of the approved work instructions based on the international methods

– ensure smooth testing of the sample received as per the defined sample schedule following the standard methods

– manage the performance of the laboratory technician and update the control charts

– coordinate operation test runs and participate in product quality contamination/troubleshooting and issues the finding reports

– manage re-testing of the retained sample as well as to manage inter-laboratory comparison of the samples with the accredited lab as per the schedule QA/QC as guided by the technical leader

– ensure effective implementation of ISO/IEC 17025 system and participate in the lab internal audits

– ensure training of the laboratory technicians of the new intruments and any newly implemented analysis procedure

– drive safety practice procedures in the workplace and ensure the smooth implementation at the workplace

– perform the assigned duties as per the directives of the Superintendents
