Job opportunity for Assistant Manager-Litigation – teamz interface

• Commercial and Properties’ disputes: handling meetings extensively with various natures, amicable settlements and mediation with respect to various kind of disputes in addition to handling Commercial and Properties cases before the competent courts and other alternative dispute resolution

• Litigation: drafting of pleadings and memoranda with respect to civil, commercial, labour cases before the competent courts drafting Memoranda and attendance in some cases before General Prosecutor, filing bounced cheques and clearance from the same, in addition dealing with the arbitration centers in the UAE and awareness of the arbitration procedures and rules before the arbitral tribunal;

• Properties and Real Estate transactions: negotiation, dealing with the official authorities (Lands Department, RERA….etc) and drafting of deeds and documents of that same nature;

• Consumer Protection disputes, attending meeting with the Economic Department concerning handled several issues of consumer protection.

• Intellectual Property’s disputes; including infringement of trademark, copyright.

• Excellent knowledge of Commercial Companies Laws and procedures, companies formation and incorporation companies

• Drafting and reviewing of various types of deeds & documents bilingually, both Arabic and English, Commercial; Corporate; Intellectual Property; Real Estate; Employment; Franchising; Joint Venture;

• Involved in several international Joint Ventures

• Involved Drafting and perusal of supply contracts
