•Is the first point of contact within IT and provides first time fix and basic configuration setup to the customer in all elements of I.T.
•Logs incidents to other team members within IT for all issues that cannot be resolved on first point of contact.
•Perform analysis, diagnosis and resolution of problems for end-users, recommend and implement corrective solutions.
•Carry out any Software Installations.
•Follow escalation and major incident procedures
