You will provide comprehensive HR administration and support the management team across all aspects of the HR. You will ensure that high quality HR service is delivered to the business. Your main tasks will include the following:

You will provide comprehensive HR administration and support the management team across all aspects of the HR. You will ensure that high quality HR service is delivered to the business. Your main tasks will include the following:

Recruitment:

Assist in hiring stage by supporting in management team in gathering prospective applicants, executing the initial communication with the short listed candidates, scheduling and conducting interviews with the management team, preparing the Employment draft contract, communicating the offer to the selected candidates.

Induction and Integration

Responsible for coordinating the introductory and orientation of new hires by briefing the hire on company organization chart, company profile and history, company handbook. Initiate the new hire checklist and process in a timely manner. Also gathers the joining form to be incorporated in the employee database and creates the physical files to ensure all documentation is completed. At the same time coordinates the preparation of the 2-week introductory schedule department wise.

Tecom Online Services (TOS) and Government Services Online (GSO)

In charge of processing all visa related applications and letter requests via the TOS and GSO such as visa applications, visa renewals, visa cancellations, Salary Certificates for visa applications, No Objection Certificates and all other visa related issues.

Records and Filings

Maintains and updates the leave files, employee records database, payroll, preparing and submitting new Salary Transfer Standing Instructions to the bank, archiving highly confidential files.

Exit Procedures

Coordinates employee exit procedures, conducting exit interviews, assuring all items in the exit checklist is followed.

HR Administration

Creates and implement HR policies, HR procedures and training and development programs within the GETINGE guidelines and update performance management.

Annual Appraisal and Performance Review

Coordinating annual appraisal and performance review. Assuring qualitative performance feedback and measurable targets. At the same time is responsible for assuring all development programs are actioned.

General Administration

Preparation of requested HR related documents by employees such as salary certificates, NOC to travel, employment certificates for visa applications. Will be in charge of all HR Related announcements and communications. Will act as reliever for the reception or the PA. In charge of renewal of trade license, insurance and office lease.
