HR Specialist – Saudi Trade & Export Development Company (TUSDEER)

1- Support HR Management in the design, development and implementation of the organization structure to meet current and future business needs

2- Ensure compliance of procedures with local labor laws

3- Manage and monitor employees’ performance and discuss relevant issues with Department Managers

4-Update Company HR Policies and Procedures whenever required and follow-up with legal matters related to Human Resources

5- Oversee the maintenance and update Human Resources system and personnel records to ensure confidentiality, safe-keeping, accuracy and reliability of information and records

6- Gather, analyze and benchmark human resources operations data in order to highlight problem areas and recommend improvement plans

7- Provide support, supervision and guidance to all administrative staff

8- Create/ maintain / complete new Employee personal files

9- Ensure all recruitment policies, procedures and techniques are adhered to and recommend improvements

10- Keep records of personnel transactions such as hires, promotions, transfer, performance reviews, terminations

11- Respond to inquiries regarding policies, procedures and programs

12- Prepare employee separation notices and related documentation, and conduct exit interviews to determine reasons behind separation

13- Prepare reports and recommends procedures to reduce absenteeism and turnover
