This is an entry level job which will grant the employee a wide variety of knowledge within the banking sector. The job incumbent will be working with different departments across the bank to find out what their recruiting requirements are and assist them in finding suitable candidates for the job.
Be aware that this job requires a lot of patience and tolerance since the job holder will be working with almost every kind of people out there. The job tasks are but not limited to:
-Searching for suitable candidates according to the requirements set by the department.
-Using every available channel which you can think of to search for candidates e.g. job websites such as bayt, actively searching through word of mouth, utilizing personal contacts and networks to ask around within the local market.
-Reviewing the CV of each applicant with the concerned department manager.
-Assisting the department manager in conducting the interviews.
-Negotiating with approved candidates on a suitable salary package.
-Assisting and following up with approved candidates on their on boarding process.
