Our client, a global management consulting, technology services and outsourcing company is currently seeking to recruit an HR Operations Analyst. You will be reportig directly to the HR ManagerJob Summary The HR Operations Analyst is responsible for executing all administration around the ongoing operation of employee related programs and processes relevant to business needs. This includes reporting, employee administration, records and document management, HR policies and internal controls, payroll administration, as well as HR information systems updates and ad-hoc requests.Key Responsibilities conduct and distribute reports on a regular basis and special reports on request, identify issues and recommend actions manage employee administration including, hiring, filing documents and arranging Personnel Folders, prepare employee's letters, contracts amendments and special agreements, manage resignation process, etc. timely update applicable Human Resources systems, mainly SAP HR, and maintain data, as required prepare payroll file (including all components, standard, off-cycle, etc..) and collaborate with Finance in the payroll process update all personnel changes from initial request through approval and implementation (location transfers, entity transfers, workforce transfers, other personnel transactions) in the systems. coordinate administration employment visa process, manage Passport Office activities ( Exit-Reentry – Final Exit, …etc), and renewal for any Certificates related to Employment relations ( Saudization, GOSI, HRD, … etc) Manage the relationship and the online services with GOSI, HRDF and MOL. supports general human resources activities when required, specifically in the area of performance management, career development, compensation, preparation of other initiatives, training, and communications verification, storage, retrieval, disposal and archiving of all employee related physical records and document support the resolution of personnel issues, help with the integration of new joiners. maintain HR policies and perform internal control activities related to HR administration processesProcess and Operations Support Complete all administrative tasks related to the implementation of local initiatives. MaintainUpdate work plans, time schedules, etc. Ensure high quality and availability of all required administrative means and tools. Complete all administrative tasks around the operational support of designated workforcesworkgroups. Support continuous improvement efforts. Help maintain the internal communication infrastructure.
