HR Manager Operations – G4S

Operating from our Dubai office, the HR Manager Operations will be charged with the responsibility of ensuring all administration workflow, employee requirements and welfare are meeting the operational needs of the business and employees.

Key Responsibilities:

• Further develop the HR Administration function to meet the demands of the business

• Preparing and maintaining job documentation and filing systems

• Liaise with local government authorities as and when required for employee related matters

• Ensure Company policies and procedures are in line with current employment law

• Employee appraisals in accordance with company policy and monitor probationary periods

• Employee Relations; managing absence, disciplines and grievances

• Measure employee satisfaction and identify areas that require improvement

• Coaching Managers on performance management issues and processes

• Working closely with the Recruitment team to ensure a seamless employee experience and all compliance checks are carried out

• Working closely with the Employee Engagement and Welfare teams

• Liaise with the Finance teams in relation to the operation of the payroll function and cycle

• Manage relationships with line managers and stakeholders to ensure positive outcomes
