Our Company, a well known automotive manufacturer is seeking an HR Business Partner to join the team and support a Group of Companies located primarily around the GCC.
Key objective of the role:
To act as a business partner and provide advice and support to the business ensuring best practice standards are implemented and maintained, including key legislation and process across the region. Also to provide a value added service to the management and employees that reflect the business objectives of the Company
Key responsibilities:
Act as the single point of contact for employees and Managers in the designation business areas.
Provide advice and guidance in accordance with Company policies and country labour law on all employee related issues
Oversee all recruitment activity within the Group of Companies
Provide accurate and timely management information to Management team in countries of responsibility and provide analysis of any trends identified
Conduct regular meetings with Management team to ensure all HR requirements are being met and proactively support the delivery of HR services to the customer
Support L&D initiatives with L&D Executive
Contribute to the upskilling of the HR Team
Support HR policy development for all Groups of Companies around the region
Support the annual salary and bonus review process
HR Projects:
Lead projects as identified in the annual HR project plan to the point of implementation into the respective business areas
Perform any other tasks that are identified by the Management Team
